Who are we?

LV* MINKUPARKA cattery was registered in May 1997. We are FIFe (Federation Internationale Feline) registered cattery. Owners of the cattery are Baiba Lapinska and Indulis Strazdins. In October of 1995 new MEMBER joined to our family - our first CAT. From that moment we have loved many cats, their children and children's children. This love is that thing, which allows after long working days relax fully and reload our "batteries" with positive energy. The AIM of our cattery is to breed and then pass to good hands friendly and gentle Burmese breed cats, who will love their owners more then themselves, as well as more independent, although very lovefull and intelligent Devon rex breed cats.
MEN needs somebody to love, to take care of.

Why CATS?

The real pedigree cat is with great self respect, with proud and love, but you don't need to go with him for long walks. In Your bed cat takes small space. Cat always will be happy to see his master, always ready to play - You never know who will be tired first. Why several breeds in one cattery - Burmese, Burmilla and Devon rex? Because these breeds differ with their attitude to life. Devon's are more individuals. Burmese need cat's company. Devon's - people company. Burmilla - needs - simply - company....Thats the difference...

And then - according to Devon rex breed - people with allergic reaction to cat gloss with great possibility can try to have a rex cat. Their waves are little bit different - they have only undercoat.
